Here’s our close attempt at farm to table.
- Papaya salad with papayas, tomatoes, and peas from the garden
- Oyster luau with luau leaves from the garden and oysters David raises
- Fried poke and seared ahi made from fish the boys’ caught on their fishing trip.
- Brown rice seasoned with turmeric from the garden- the turmeric not the rice was from the garden.
