
Kalopa Makai Coffee Cinnamon Ice Cream
This delicious coffee blends our favorite flavors for a sweet and cool treat, perfect for Hawai'i
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Milk Organic
- 1 pint Whipping Cream Organic
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Kalopa Makai Coffee ground
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- pinch Salt
Instructions

This recipe requires use of an automatic ice cream maker. I use Cuisinart brand machine. 24 hours in advance of preparation place the freezer ring in the freezer.

Add milk and coffee to a small saucepan. Simmer on medium/low for about 5 minutes stirring continuously to avoid scorching. Strain with cheese cloth or coffee filter.

Mix coffee milk, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs in a medium bowl until well combined.

Using a mixer, whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Do not overwhip as this will add too much air into the ice cream.

Fold whipped cream into milk mixture, being careful not to whip additional air into the mixture. Fold until ingredients are well combined.

Pour mixture into prepared freezer ring in ice cream maker and allow to process for 20 minutes. Scoop into a freezer safe container and place in freezer to set for at least 2 hours. Serve and Enjoy!
